WEATHER BLOG: Warm Christmas
Hi Everyone,
Pretty amazing to walk out the door this morning. 68 degress when I left the house. I thought to myself, "So this must be what it is like to live in Florida on a late January morning…" Ahh but if Winter would only remain this mild. But alas only those folks living in warm climates will continue to have day starts like this one.
But don't grab for that coat quite yet. We still have an entire weekend of mild and potential record setting temps ahead of us. Big continuity as the discussion we have been having all week, about these warm/wet conditions, have come to fruition.
It will be interesting to hear folks discussing the weather at Christmas parties tonight and tomorrow. I will bet most will take this over bitter cold, and such.
Christmas day will be warm again, but with lots of clouds, and a couple of P.M.-night time showers. The high will be 70, the Christmas day record is 72 set in 1964.
I hope all of your wishes come true, I hope we all find some smiles this Christmas 2015, and I pray the world leaves a gentle wake.
