WEATHER BLOG: Nice Weekend

The cold front that brought heavy rainfall to parts of the area a couple of days ago has pushed far enough to the east to allow for some beautiful weather for the first half of the weekend. The moisture from this front will back somewhat west tomorrow as a low near Bermuda drifts northwestward. This may bring some clouds and a shower or t-storm to parts of the Eastern Shore Sunday, but we still think that the rest of the viewing area completes the weekend with the continuation of dry weather and some sunshine. On Monday, the next cold front approaches from the west. We are thinking that most of the daylight hours will be dry with the best chance for a shower or t-storm from that next front during the Monday evening/night.
