ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is scheduled to make an announcement on crime late Friday morning.
The governor has called a news conference at the State House for 11 a.m. Details on the nature of the announcement weren't immediately clear.
Hogan's news conferences comes as Baltimore grapples with a recent spate of violent crime, including a mass shooting last week.
