Joe believes they should have made the playoffs this year due to the talent on the roster but they didn't play up to their potential. Joe also believes that this time next year the Caps will make the playoffs and hopefully advance very far.
Joe also believes at the end of the day if Henrik Lundqvist wins the Stanley Cup he'll go down as the best Ranger ever.
