Rising Sun Eatery Damaged After Fire
RISING SUN, Md. (WJZ) -- The Maryland State Fire Marshal's office is investigating a 3-alarm blaze at a Rising Sun eatery.
According to the fire marshal's office, the fire started Sunday at 12:08 p.m. at M.M. Big Foots Steak and Hoagies, LLC located at 20 W. Main Street.
More than 100 firefighters from around Cecil County, Harford County and Pennsylvania were dispatched to the two-story building fire.
The building, which is a restaurant on the first floor with apartments on the second floor, sustained over $250,000 in damages due to the fire.
An adjacent single-family dwelling also sustained $60,000 in damages.
