BALTIMORE -- The investigation of an 81-year-old man found dead in his Baltimore County home nearly three weeks ago remains unsolved.
A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the murder.
found him unresponsive on November 10 in the 3400 block of Kelox Road in the Powhatan Farms community.
Police said Hannah suffered trauma to the upper body.
His neighbors say they are still on edge because his killer has not been arrested.
Hannah's old Pontiac remains outside of his home.
"He was a great person," a neighbor said. "Type of guy that would help anybody, was always working, even at 81."
Many questions about his death linger.
A source told WJZ that Hannah was found facedown in his carport with trauma to his head, and he had been robbed.
"This is one of the more heinous crimes just because of the age and significant trauma the individual suffered before they passed away," Baltimore County Police Det. Trae Corbin said.
While this crime is having a great impact on the community, police believe this was an isolated incident.
One neighbor said he knew Hannah for more than 30 years and attended the funeral.
"I still can't believe it happened," the neighbor said. "The community misses him, definitely misses him."
William Cole told WJZ he saw Hannah the day before his body was found. He's hoping an arrest will come soon.
"I don't know why anybody would do something like that to someone," Cole said.
