Police Locate Missing Vulnerable Man In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore police have located a 62-year-old missing vulnerable adult, who hasn't been seen since Sunday.
Phillip Curbean was last seen in a brown jacket in the 1000 block of Harlem Avenue. He is 6'2" and weighs 200 lbs.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Phillip Curbean is asked to call 911.
