BALTIMORE -- An hours-long standoff ended Tuesday evening in West Baltimore, police said.

#BPD Officers are on the scene of a barricade incident in the 1100 block of North Carrolton Avenue. This street is currently closed to traffic, and citizens are advised to avoid the area.
