Man Hospitalized After Near-Drowning
DUNDALK, Md. (WJZ) -- A man was rescued after nearly drowning in the water at Merritt Point Park.
According to officials, he was pulled out by a civilian before the fire department arrived.
He has been transported to Bayview Hospital.
His condition is not known.
