Flash Flood Watch Issued For Portion Of Western Maryland
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for a large portion of western Maryland until late Wednesday night.
The flood watch was issued for Washington and Allegany Counties until 10 p.m.
