Derby Winner Nyquist Will Come To Pimlico Monday
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Nyquist, the winner of the Kentucky Derby, will arrive at Pimlico Monday.
Nyquist is expected to arrive between 4 and 5 p.m. Monday.
Nyquist is undefeated so far; his record is 8-0. He's the first undefeated Derby horse with this many wins since Majestic Prince in 1969.
If he wins at Preakness, he will be a contender for racing's 13th triple crown champion. The most recent triple crown winner is American Pharoah, who won last year.
Preakness is May 21.
