Man Shot In The Arm In East Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City police are investigating a shooting in the 700 block of N. Kenwood Avenue where a 29-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the arm.
Officers responded to the scene for a report of a shooting on December 27 at 4:04 p.m.
