Chicago Police Locate Woman Who Went Missing While At Baltimore Conference
CHICAGO (WJZ) — Chicago police located a missing woman who was last seen in Baltimore.
Kemara, "Kelli" Alliman, 32, was in Baltimore attending a conference and hadn't been heard from since Monday.
