55-Year-Old Man Missing From Pikesville Found Safe, Police Say
PIKESVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- A missing 55-year-old man who had last been seen Thursday evening in Pikesville has been found safe, county police said.
James Harper had last been seen around 6 p.m. wearing a black durag, blue button-down shirt and blue jeans. Police tweeted just before 9 p.m. he had been found safe.
