23 Vie For Miss Maryland Crown In Hagerstown
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Twenty-three young women are competing in Hagerstown for the title of Miss Maryland and a shot at becoming Miss America.
The winner of the pageant Saturday night at the downtown Maryland Theater succeeds Miss Maryland 2010 Lindsay Staniszewski of Edgewater.
Besides a sash and crown, the winner gets a $10,000 scholarship.
