Will tropical storm Arthur become season’s first hurricane?
The first tropical storm of the season has formed off the east coast of Florida with sustained winds of 50 mph. Meteorologist Craig Setzer from CBS station WFOR in Miami has the latest forecast on where it’s headed and whether or not it will strengthen into a hurricane.
