Washington still shut down as crews try to clear snow

Much of the nation's capital will remain frozen and shutdown, as Washington, District of Columbia, works to dig itself out from an epic winter storm. The federal government is closed, and the goal for the city Monday is to keep people off the roads so that by Tuesday, people are able to make it to work. Kris Van Cleave reports.
