Small Oregon town prepares for thousands of eclipse tourists

The clear skies of Madras, Oregon, have solar eclipse experts naming the town one of the premier viewing locations in the U.S. By the morning of the eclipse, Madras' population of 6,200 could grow to as many as 200,000. Jamie Yuccas reports.
