Russian attack on Ukraine sparks fears of global economic downturn, higher oil and gas prices
Russia attacked Ukraine during a U.N. Security Council meeting Wednesday night. It sparked condemnation from the U.S. and European allies as the United States considers additional sanctions against Russia and Russian President Putin's inner circle.
