Reid: Larry Summers is a "very competent man"
Larry Summers, whom some Democrats have criticized as a poor choice to be the next chairman of the Federal Reserve, is a "very competent man," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said, adding, "Whoever the president selects, this caucus will be for that person."
