Plan to auction off Detroit artwork faces controversy
The Detroit Institute of Arts is home to one of the world's most prestigious art collections. The city could shed around 10 percent of its long-term debt by auctioning it off., but questions remain over whether the city can legally do so. Jeff Glor reports.
