Northeast facing brutal wind chills, even more snow
Boston may not be directly in the path of the latest snow storm, but several more inches of snow are expected Tuesday. The city, along with much of the Northeast, is struggling to deal with obstacles the bitter cold and storms have left behind. Jericka Duncan reports from Boston.
