New hope for young patients with rare genetic disease

Doctors at the National Institutes of Health are using gene therapy to treat patients with GAN, a rare genetic disorder. It's an experimental process designed to rewrite the blueprint that tells the cells in the body what to do. Dr. Jon LaPook reports.
