McDonald's revamping drive-thrus
McDonald's wants to build a better drive-thru. Next year, it's adding a third window at some restaurants to speed up service. Customer complaints sparked the change. The first window will collect the money and the other two will distribute orders. McDonald's gets 70 percent of its business from its drive-thru.
