Massive farm bill contains several surprises

The 949-page bipartisan farm bill would spend $956 billion over 10 years, with 80 percent of the bill set for policies surrounding food stamps. The bill’s 15-cent fee on live cut Christmas trees and funding for a catfish import inspection office are just two provisions that have angered watchdogs. Sharyl Attkisson reports.
