LA leaders defend decision to shut down schools after threat

Hundreds of thousands of students return to class Wednesday morning in Los Angeles. A terror threat led local leaders to close all public schools Tuesday in the nation's second-largest district. The FBI determined it was not a credible threat. Ben Tracy reports on how the Los Angeles officials are responding to critics who say they overreacted.
