ISIS claims responsibility for Turkey nightclub attack
Suveillance video shows the suspect opening fire, minutes into the New Year. The gunman killed 39 people and injured nearly 70 others, including one American. Turkish media is reporting police have detained eight suspects who may be connected to the shootings. Jonathan Vigliotti reports from Istanbul.
