How movie ratings are decided

Ratings are a high-dollar question in the movie business. Whether a movie is rated R or PG-13 is often a question of how much sex, profanity and violence is in a movie. Jim Axelrod spoke with Joan Graves, who oversees the ratings board for the Motion Picture Association of America, about how ratings are decided.
