Government refusing to pay for veterans' IVF treatment
Servicemen and women who are wounded in war have to rebuild their lives—and often times the goal of having a family keeps them going. But, an act of Congress prevents some of those veterans from using in vitro fertilization. Jan Crawford reports on the growing effort to change that.
