GOP pushes Senate Democrats on student loans
Touting House Republicans' proposal to tie federal student loan rates to the market, Rep. John Kline, R-Minn., in the weekly GOP address, urged Senate Democrats and President Obama to "finish the job" and fix student loan rates before they double on July 1.
