Calif. drought relief could be on the way
Rain in San Francisco provided a much-needed break in California's record drought. In the short term, meteorologists say precipitation is expected in northern California this weekend. Long term, the possible return the El Nino weather pattern next winter could bring above average-rainfall to the state. John Blackstone reports.
