Ben Carson condemns S.C. police shooting
Retired neurosurgeon and potential 2016 GOP presidential contender Ben Carson weighed in Wednesday on the shooting death of Walter Scott, an unarmed black man, by a white police officer in North Charleston, South Carolina. Carson said Wednesday he was "aghast that an execution occurred without a trial."
