4.1 magnitude earthquake in Delaware "extremely rare"
A rare 4.1 magnitude earthquake rattled the Northeast Thursday, centered near Dover, Delaware. It was felt from Washington, D.C. to northern New York. No injuries or damage was reported. Chief WCBS weathercaster Lonnie Quinn has more on the quake.
