Yellen testifies on Capitol Hill as bank stocks see slight rebound
All three major stock indexes ended Thursday in positive territory. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen testified before the Senate Banking Committee, and the nation's biggest banks committed $30 billion to shore up First Republic Bank.
