Why Ukraine’s snipers and their U.S. weapons are more vital than ever

With most of Ukraine's 600-mile front line now frozen, snipers can get in where infantry and artillery can't. Their power is low-tech and low-visibility. They're also one of the most secretive branches of the military because each individual sniper is a high-value target. CBS News' Ramy Inocencio reports.
