Why are mortgage rates climbing to the highest level since February?
The average rate for a standard 30-year fixed mortgage climbed to 6.83% this week. That's up a quarter of a percentage point from the week before and the highest rate in two months. CBS News MoneyWatch correspondent Kelly O'Grady breaks it down.
