White House addresses "deal" on Ukraine aid

The White House on Monday addressed comments from President Biden over the weekend that a deal had been made with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to continue providing aid to Ukraine, but press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre struggled to provide clarity on the subject.
