Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing former President Donald Trump's election interference case, unsealed part of a 165-page report by special counsel Jack Smith, who argued that Trump's alleged attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election was done as a private candidate, rather than in an official capacity.
