Trump says Russia and Ukraine will immediately start ceasefire talks, Vatican may host negotiations
President Trump held a 2-hour phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin Monday with Mr. Trump saying afterward that Russia and Ukraine will immediately begin ceasefire discussions.
