Trump briefly addressed opioid crisis in State of the Union

In the State of the Union, President Trump ticked off the startling, oft-repeated statistics about the opioid epidemic, which is now the largest public health crisis in modern American history. But since declaring opioids a public health crisis, the White House has not specified policy on how to address the crisis.
