Don't touch [INAUDIBLE]! CAMILO MONTOYA-GALVEZ: Attorney Regis Fernandez has represented dozens of Delaney Hall detainees over the past year. The conditions are pretty bad, and they're getting worse. A lot of the conditions, whether intentionally or not-- I think intentionally-- are geared towards just the kind of psychological torture just to break people. CAMILO MONTOYA-GALVEZ: On Tuesday, New Jersey's attorney general sued the private prison company that runs Delaney Hall, alleging the state's health department has been barred from conducting a full inspection there and citing significant concerns, like overcrowding, inadequate medical care, unsanitary meals, and the unchecked spread of disease. Border Czar Tom Homan denied those allegations, telling us he made an unannounced visit to Delaney Hall last weekend.

I toured the whole facility. Is it a five-star resort? No. But is it a well-run detention facility? Yes. I sat down in a cafeteria with the detainees and ate the same meal they ate. And again, was it a five-star cuisine? No, but it was spaghetti and meat sauce. It was green beans. It was charro beans. The spaghetti was good. And I'm a pretty big guy, and I didn't finish the meal. I couldn't finish the meal. In a lawsuit this week, New Jersey officials described overcrowding at Delaney Hall, lack of ventilation. Let's talk about that real quick, overcrowding. False, negative, lie. It's a thousand-bed facility. They had 706 people. 706 people in a thousand-bed facility. Not even close to capacity. There's no overcrowding. So, sir, you don't have any concerns about Delaney Hall and the conditions there, not a single concern? Could it be a five-star facility? Yes. Could we have more doctors and nurses? I don't think so. I mean, it can always improve. I'm not saying this facility is perfect. We directly asked Tom Homan to let us inside Delaney Hall so we can show the conditions to the American public. He referred us to the Department of Homeland Security, which has yet to give us access, despite multiple requests. We also contacted GEO Group, which runs Delaney Hall, and have not yet heard back.
