More than 160 people are still missing in Texas as flood death toll climbs, search continues

Search and rescue teams have continued looking for the more than 160 people reportedly still missing after flash floods shocked Central Texas and killed at least 110 people. President Trump signed a federal disaster declaration at the request of Gov. Greg Abbott and is expected to visit the state on Friday. CBS News' Nidia Cavazos has the latest updates.
