Texas braces for Tropical Storm Harvey

A hurricane warning was issued overnight for much of the Texas coast. Tropical Storm Harvey is expected to become a hurricane before making landfall sometime Friday night or Saturday morning. Brandi Smith of Houston affiliate KHOU reports Galveston, Texas.
