Spring housing market begins in the U.S.
According to the National Association of Realtors, sales of existing homes jumped nearly 12 percent in February. It was the biggest month-over-month gain in more than three years. CBS News business analyst Jill Schlesinger joined "CBS This Morning" to discuss the impact on home buyers and sellers.
