Speaker Ryan: Police stop and frisk "cannot be done along racial lines"
Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin, says police stops should respect "reasonable suspicion standards." The Speaker adds that after implementing stop and frisk practices, "A lot of people in New York thought it was successful."
