Southwest Airlines reaches $140 million settlement over 2022 holiday fiasco
Southwest Airlines has reached a $140 million settlement over its December 2022 meltdown. The airline will pay a $35 million fine and set aside $90 million for vouchers for passengers who were delayed three or more hours during the meltdown. Mark Strassmann has the details.
