Colorado town lifts ban on snowball fights thanks to 9-year-old boy
Dane Best, a 9-year-old boy from a small northern Colorado town, has convinced leaders to overturn a nearly century-old ban on snowball fights, and he already knows who his first target will be -- his little brother. CBS News' Ileana Diaz reports.
