Senate approves plan to train and arm Syrian rebels
The U.S. Senate approved a measure Thursday to arm and train Syrian rebels as France began launching airstrikes against ISIS in Iraq. However, the Obama administration still faces tough questions from Congress about its strategy. Bill Plante reports from the White House.
