Secret Service returns $286 million in stolen COVID relief funds

The U.S. Secret Service says it has returned $286 million in stolen COVID relief funds to the government. The agency says the money that was meant to aid businesses in the early days of the pandemic was stolen by scammers, possibly from overseas, who were using fake identities and dummy accounts.
