Rape charges to be dropped in undocumented Maryland teens case
Prosecutors in Maryland say they are dropping rape charges against two teenagers who are also undocumented immigrants. The White House has used the case to promote President Trump's deportation policy. However, the teens' legal troubles are far from over. Chip Reid reports.
